well that is true but for window the cost u pay is for convenience and for a simplistic interface.....given that ubuntu is a nice os in terms of its graphical capability and it easy to use interface it is still abit too complex for first time users…

Ashryne said… - Welcome to Geeks. It depends on which mac you have. I have a Mac Pro and it can hold up to 32 gigs of RAM. if you have an iMac I believe the capacity is 8 gigs of ram, and the same for the Macbook Pro. If you have just a regular Macbook it can hold up to 4 gigs of ram.
