I would suggest getting a basic AMD dual core processor and motherboard kit combo. You can find them on Tigerdirect or NewEgg. Stick with Windows XP. 1-2 gb of RAM should be good.
Video card, well you can get onboard (crap) or install a cheap 80 ...
I built a website a while back, using Wordpress, and it went down while I switched servers, computers (PC to Mac) and IP's.
Now, I am back-up on-line. Anyone please, feel free to check it out and let me know what you think. Feel free to be honest...
