the wattage capacity isn't nessecarily the issue here, its the fact that the PSU is generic in nature ie. cheap. The capacitors could be third rate and could be shorting somewhere, which is lending to his 5v line only being in the 3's and his 12v ...

Just some info, keep all drives out of the oil otherwise you risk the drives performance like the spining of a hard drive or the lazer in the cd-rom. Also you might want to keep the fans on the cooler so the oil doesn't heat up too much. What I would recomend to mount the hard ware is to buy a motherboard tray and have the back of it sitting up out of the tank so it's accesable. Also don't go to big with the tank otherwise you will just be waisting oil. I'de recomend baby oil since it has no oder and won't rot. I say go for it! Here is a case to give you an idea.

I had previously planned to start a nice blog here because I'm sure people would have a better chance of reading it here rather than my other blog I have on word press. But this one thing I came across upon checking into my hotel yesterday was this sign telling they have internet access in the room. Now, I'm no genius and I believe that my schooling is very up to par, but this sign took the cake on any sign I've ever seen.
