These are the 3D glasses from the theaters. These won't work on YouTube or anything like that. The ones for YouTube require those blue and red 3D glasses. Try finding those ones.
Aren't those cross polarized lenses? One is polarized vertically, the other horizontally. To test, get another pair and hold the lenses so that the left is on the right and they should turn black.
If that's the case you won't be able to use them ...

i remember i had some glasses i think from siatek some infra something but it never worked
but my main ? is its true the linux became a micro administrator for microsoft toping it
