Help needed: No broadband in my neck of the woods, not even cell phone or even cell phone texting.

It was one of the basis for casting my vote for President Obama. Now where is it? All of your internet providers get a stimulas funding boost, they raise the price that you pay and there is still not a internet service any faster than the dialup that I have now. What is the deal? Can anyone please tell me what am I waiting for?

IPv6 will expand the Internet with new coding, ways to transmit data and provide more Web addresses. Internet users are running out of space under the IPv4 format, which uses 32-bit addresses. Of all the recent blog posts I have read this morning: People feel that when implemented the broadband will be below average speds (1.5 Mbps-3.0 Mbps). Some feel information to the public other than dialup is a wate of taxpayer money. Some view it as a answer to each persons prayers ( it is mine). I am biting my wifes nails on the arrival of the information pipe........
