What backlash? iPhone 3GS users very satisfied, survey says

With all the Apple-bashing lately, you’d think that iPhone users—typically a satisfied lot—might be a little less thrilled with their chosen smartphone. Not so, according to a new survey by RBC/IQ ChangeWave. The market researcher polled iPhone 3GS owners and found that an astounding 99 percent of 200 respondents were satisfied with the device. And 82 percent said they were “very satisfied” with the 3GS.

Chromium for Mac Builds Offer Better Bookmark and Flash Support

Microsoft: Next Mac Office due late 2010 with Outlook

Microsoft announced Thursday that the next edition of Microsoft Office for Mac will be released in late 2010. The new edition of the venerable office suite will include Outlook for Mac, a new application that will replace Entourage.

Leopard Dock Tweak 2D - 3D

This tweak turns your dock into a 2D dock like tiger had (go knows why would you like to do that):
1. go into terminal and write:
defaults write com.apple.Dock no-glass -bool yes;
killall Dock

the dock will disappear, wait for 5 sec and the dock will reappear, there you go you have a 2D dock,

1. in order to go back to a 3D you need to use these commands:
defaults write com.apple.Dock no-glass -bool no;
killall Dock

AppleInsider: Snow Leopard Changes Up The Install Process

An AppleInsider source familiar with Mac OS X Snow Leopard has detailed some important (and cool) changes with the install process.
