i get lots of my stuff from companies who sell refurbished things.
When it comes to new stuff it mostly depends on the price - as i live in Germany I think it does not make sense to tell names ;)
wow, there so many but let me name my top few...
xoxide.com
crazypc.com
directron.com
svc.com
streetglow.com for bright lighting !!
newegg? when i cant find it anywhere else> they have sales... sometimes.
then after going to these places for price...
New egg and TD have been me key hook ups for years now. When I used to build machines, this was where I went to price components and buy from. I still use frequently for hard drive and OEM software purchases.

Well, I've just launched a new social network site called EcoPaparazzi, for environmental media activists. I'm still tweaking it but would like to invite you to come on over and check it out and post a few blurbs to help get the ball rolling. Let me know how I can improve the site, too, OK? I'm still learning all this stuff. Here's the URL: http://ecopaparazzi.ning.com/
