So, apparently the gods of consumer satisfaction have once more decided to have a wank in my soup. As a result my Macbook Pro has lost the ability to display any video at all. As you can imagine, this somewhat limits its usefulness. It was the second half of 1984. Colin Baker played a very crabby Doctor, George Michael was still widely believed to be heterosexual and I finally wore down my parents' resolve and convinced them to get me a computer.
