well, I passed the Net + and the A+ ESS. and i'm taking the 2nd A+ in the morning.
I'm just looking 4 what people think of the level of testing and if they they think its high or low .
if you know the basics you'll do alright
oh ok, well my skool requires 4 COMPTIA Exams Net + A+ Essentials, A+ IT TECH & MCP .
And i think they r a little screwy so i'm looking for feed back from others that have tested.
i have better ways to throw away my money as certifications are only useful if your career revolves around computers

i have a very similar problem with a laptop with win & and a shared printer on a machine with XP media Center.
Hopefully u get it worked out. I'm at a loss with mine.

- Nice to have a wirless system, I found that all my devices, if they weren't wirless, would cause a lot of heat build up behing my computer. On top of that, harder to move things and to seperate them. The only thing left to do is to get wirless speakers and retire my aging radio which has poped it's 4th fuse yesterday lol.

- I've seen your comment about your printer. Mabe xp and 2000 are optimized for the printer but not 7? Have you tried the compatability wizard on 7? I know that it can be set to use xp software. Hope this answers your question :)
