I've never had a problem with Dell,but Dell got a hold of my Moms laptop once. I had to fix it for her. The guys at Dell didn't have a clue.I would bug Dell until they made it right. I would think someone at Dell knows how to fix computers.lol

You might be able to put a 7200 RPM drive and a PCI graphics card. (Not PCI-Express pretty sure your computer isn't new enough for that, but maybe an AGP card)
