Hello, i would suggest getting either a 4GB Memory Stick Duo, which is about $ 20, or an 8GB Memory Stick duo which runs at about $ 50, Depending where you get them, those prices are pretty accurate with amazon, you could more then likely get them a little cheaper on Ebay, but those are the best ones to get if your going to be adding allot of media and/or data.
