EU Versions of Windows 7 to include no Web Browser...

After looking at the pricing and details of the release of Windows 7 in the EU, I noticed that they would not be including a web browser (which I have tweeted about before). However, the thought just crossed my mind about all the people out there who are not at all competent or confident with computers. They may be purchasing their first and only PC and it's loaded with WIndows 7, they have also just subscribed to broadband - but can't get on the internet.
