I think Boot Camp only lets you install 32-bit versions of Windows on it though. =\

I'm not sure what they do to Macs to refurbish them, but I do know on iPods they replace the metal back with a new one, and also give you a new battery. So it functions as new basically.

Soo... They interviewed me...

They interviewed me on Monday the 16th. I gave them a sheet with the 17 inch Macbook Pro on it, and with the specs I want. =)

They asked me if I wanted any extra things, so I asked for Photoshop CS4 and a carry case for it.

All they need to do is approve it in one of their meetings.

It's happening! =D

Great News!

Make-A-Wish gave me a call today and said I was eligible for a wish! They're going to meet me and ask me exactly what I want (which is the 17 inch Macbook Pro) and all the finer details of things! I can't wait!

Apple Wired Mighty Mouse Review

Well, yesterday I bought the Apple Wired Mighty Mouse because I wanted a durable mouse that would last me a while for my laptop, because all of my others have broken within a week. I also wanted one that worked with PC and Mac since I'm getting a Macbook Pro soon.

Anyway, first impressions of it when opening it... the wire was kinda short, I use my mouse with my right hand and if the USB ports were on the left side of my laptop I would have been in trouble. Another thing I didn't like about it… Continue

Possibly a change of plans...

Well, I sent my make-a-wish form. But instead of asking for a 15" Macbook Pro I asked for a 17"! The specs I asked for are as follows:

2.93ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
8gb Ram.

We also asked for a Wi-Fi Printer.

Aluminium Macbook Pro 15"!

I might be getting a Macbook Pro 15" courtesy of Make-A-Wish foundation. =D

The laptop I currently have is for school, which I take there everyday and it has strict rules on what I can do on it, so that's kinda annoying. I really want to try out OSX and use it at home, the most I've ever used it is at one of those apple stores.

I'm not sure if Make-A-Wish will actually give it to me, but I hope they do as I'm eligible for a wish and I can basically ask for anything.
