I have allergies to common foods, so I cannot eat in restaurants. I still enjoy cooking, however. Because I live near a metropolitan area, I can easily get food ingredients for any cuisine. I also have a very small collection of quirky cookbooks. I even have recipes for whale and porpoise! (eewww!) I'd like to find more recipes and techniques as well Thanks for reading this post!
