What kind of geek are you?: Computer / Tech

Why do you consider yourself a geek?: Im always on my computer, a student at ITT Technical Institute plus i love when new products are released, well even before release. like the latest phones, software, computers, mp3 players, cameras, cpus, boards and all that wonderful stuff... basically anything computer or tech related. I like taking things apart to see what how stuff works and figuring out how it goes back together and working again is ultimate joy!

My HP hard drive died last Tuesday confirming that my laptop can fall from a couch and bed and small table multiple times while running but can't survive a bus ride while powered off inside of its bag which was inside of another bag!

Windows 7 RC1 Reviewed (UPDATE!)

OK so after 1 day with the new Windows 7 Release Client all I have to say is, why didn't MS do it this way to begin with???
I'm noticing a 200 % speed boost over Vista Home Premium, my boot times are faster, my apps launch faster, hell even browsing is faster (with Firefox installed of course).
My notebook originally came with Vista 32 bit and now I am running Win7 x64.
