Nice to meet another weather-Geek! I volunteer at the State Emergency Operations Center in Tallahassee, FL. Our former Chairman just became the new head of FEMA in Washington, DC. I actually met him in person a few years ago. I have worked during hurricanes Ivan, Dennis and Katrina. I was in charge of maintaining the statewide hurricane shelter database and keeping it in sync with the Red Cross' database. Nice to meet you!!

Happy Birthday Johnny. From the look of your avatar, I thought you might live in Kansas until I looked.

Hey, you need to come to Alabama, if you want to be scared. Our weird weather will give you a good reason.

Hope you had a great day my dear.
