What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?
That's a hard one. I did play and beat Metal Gear Solid all the way through one day (took about 6 hours) and then bragged about it on a date later that night as if it was a major accomplishment.....there was no second date. Joined a website related to geeks.
I hope you know what you've gotten yourself into. I have an itunes library of over 18000 songs and it keeps growing. I also have a huge collection of CDs, mix tapes, and vinyl. Whatever the medium, my collection includes: Aerosmith, Tool, Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Green Day, Metallica, The Doors, Michelle Branch, A Perfect Circle, 311, Blink 182, The Cure, Kitty, Rage Against the Machine, Midline, Catch Phrase, Santana, Kiss, Morriss Day and the Time, Fuel, Eminem, Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Tom Petty, Guns & Roses, Dr. Dre, Velvet Revolver, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, Arch Enemy, Megadeth, Switch Hitter, Sum41, System of a Down, t.A.T.u., Taproot, Tenacious D, The Toadies, U2, The Chemical Brothers, Fat Boy Slim, The Offspring, Paul Simon, Rob Zombie/White Zombie, Foo Fighters, Goldfinger......This list goes on for days and days and days.
I like Geeks very much so far. I have Windows 7 on both the desktop and laptop now. I get good tips and advice. And I've been able to comment as well when questions are asked about equipment I already or have run before.

I feel you own that one I'm in the same boat.Going to school and trying to find a new job.It hasn't been easy.My start doing geeky stuff like start my own repair shop.
