You cannot use the UPGRADE Disk, only the full one, unless you already have windows vista installed
This product is awesome, so long as you don't have faded receipts.
WIndows is like a car, you got to keep spending money and buy new ones every few years.
Getting more memory then 4GB is going to be expensive, anywhere you go to. Since 4 GB is what you get in all iMacs that are new. There is no need to upgrade unless you want to spend lots of money on DDR3 RAM
