Wireless Providers

Canada, as a whole, has one of the worst cellular phone markets I've ever seen. In particular, where I live seems to be an area where the available companies are content to take our money and not be innovative in any way at all. I know that they have to focus on the larger markets but does that mean that everyone else gets the short end of the stick?
