APPRECIATED... that is the no.1 problem we always have Dan... The reason being that the people concerned don't understand what can be involved in actually getting data off, and a fresh install done (complete with all service packs, AV etc..). Tim...

Very true, and a I said at the end, the quality of the service is the unknown factor. What I would point out though is that we always see the complaints and the negative stories online, its rare to find a posting about good service from a user or...

Depending on the nature of the fault, and the amount of time it would take to get data off the drive, etc etc, I do understand why a high street store will not want to spend the time working on something. The store has overhead, staff wages, light...

CONSPIRACY THEORY FOR PC?

This is something I believe in, but based on no facts other than what I have seen before my very eyes.

You buy a computer system. Any type of computer system. You start it up, you use it, and it performs like a bat out of hell (unless you bought a cheap piece of crap and no matter what it will always be a cheap piece of crap).

A year down the line, the computer no longer performs like the beast you KNOW it is (or was) so you blame VIrus, Malware and other crap you have installed, so you decide… Continue

Snow Leopard Install - I knew it was too good to be true!

For me, the expectations of what Snow Leopard would provide users who need access to Microsoft Exchange email and calendar functionality is an extreme letdown from what I can work out.

First of all, everywhere that Snow Leopard is mentioned, Exchange is touted... but it's only when you dig deeper that you realise that ONLY Exchange 2007 is supported. That's ok for me as I have Small BUsiness Server 2008 installed here, but for most of the clients I have they are on Small Business Server 2003, s… Continue

Sony Ericsson C902 Mobile Phone - Due to upgrade soon.. but to what??

Ok people here's a chance to get your choice of mobile over to me....

I am due to have my 18 month contact with 3 end in the new few months and I'm on a good package at the moment, but the phone I have is pants and I want something new and good, and of course on the same cheap tariff!

Should I stay with 3?

What phone should I go for?

Nothing over £25.00 a month!

Yea, well if it was another country that would be okay because I don't know a whole lot. But any way. Cadillac is about an hour and a half south of the mackinaw bridge which connect the upper peninsula and the lower peninsula of Michigan.

And the idiot didn't know it was part of the US let alone part of the same state they live in >.>

I love that word "nifty", that was in use when I was in high school, it was great then and is making a comeback I think!
Also, I have known Anubis for quite some time now and had some great conversations with him. He will be "going places" once he gets out of school.
Enjoy your time off!
