HELP

Hey I need help. I'm trying to install Ubuntu on a HP Pavillion 7955. It came with Windows XP on it and then the OS got currupt after 8 years. I'm wanting to put Ubuntu On it. Since it is free. I went to the bios and I see the only USB options are Usb Zip and Usb FDD. How can I install ubuntu through usb. I don't have a cd to burn onto. So I wanna use USB. I'm going to use my MP3 player.
