Basically its not letting me add a new account or delete my old one, it just freezes when i try and delete one or when i try and add one nothing happens when i press the + sign

No it doesn't support webcam and audio chat but then I just use Skype for that. I don't end up using those features that much anyways.
Ok. It depends on the account. For example, if you could previously use webcam video chat and audio on your old account, if you were to type in the same account and use it, both functions would work, since the account supports it.
