There is a Android phone app called "Zombies", which you play with your GPS...it puts fictional zombies on your map, and you must outrun them...for real! If they catch you, you lose the game. Now if that is not a fun way to keep fit, what is? :))

I also like to write code. Visual Basic is all i know so far, but will be learning Java soon - and if I get five minutes I might get to grips with C++
Oh, I nearly forgot geocaching. I run about the countryside with my GPS looking for hidden treasure. It's great fun, almost as good as a computer game ;)

Life without gaming
Tomorrow I am having a blood test to check for liver damage, as the medical profession seems to think it might have something to do with my shoulder pain (don't ask me how). I am inclined to think it is simply game-induced RSI. The doctor also gave me some nasty-looking painkillers (which I haven't tried yet), but it seems that taking breaks is, indeed, the way forward. Or at least the only way forward I can afford right now. My adaptive technology shopping list is huge, and I am broke :(

Love is in the air (not)
I mailed my Guild Wars leader to say I will be taking a break from the game due to the problems with my shoulder/back/wrist. But to be absolutely honest, this is not the only reason why I am giving GW a miss for a little while.

Banned!
I was told that I need to spend some time away from computer games, since I have a damaged shoulder/back/right wrist or something. You can imagine my distress. I think my life is over. What am I going to do with my evenings? How can I live without Guild Wars? I will have to abandon my Sims. My Facebook fairy garden will wither and die. I have effectively been banned from my favourite geek past time. However, nobody said anything about blogging....
