What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?

Since I couldn't afford wireless peripherals to create a wireless network in my house, I proceeded to improvise by hanging an ethernet cable from the ceiling that required anyone visiting to duck under in order to walk past it. It looked hideous, but I got to have my internetz!

What do you do to entertain yourself?

Watch movies, browse the web (YouTube, chat rooms, etc...), go out for a bit of photo-walking.
