If the mov has no sound, iMovie 09 might be a possibility - it has a speed slider. QuickTime Pro can speed it up 3X, I believe - but only for playback.
Almost every site on the internet trys to generate a little revenue - even the personal ones. Why should this one be any different? You want to advertise on any site, you have to pay for it.

I am so screwed by my isp (who is also my telco) because they are the ONLY telco/broadband in my area. Poor service; high fees; nothing I can do about it ... yet.
