US looks to hackers to protect cyber networks

WASHINGTON - Wanted: Computer hackers.

Buffeted by millions of digital scans and attacks each day, federal authorities are looking for hackers — not to prosecute them, but to pay them to secure the nation's networks.

AT&T to Offer $50 Netbooks

AT&T will begin selling netbooks with integrated wireless Internet cards, selling them for as low as $50 — with a data plan contract, of course. The rollout will begin in Atlanta and Philadelphia.

do u mean the admin account or do u mean u want full uac, user account control, because the uac is easy, u go to the control panel then to users, select you and click turn off uac and wola. as for the admin account, i believe the vista one is hid...

I purchased a used laptop with a Vista operating system and need to know how to change the administrator settings. The previous owner is the administrator and I need to change this to me so I can have full access. Any help would be appreciated!
