A Personal Computer does not imply that it is windows. The operating system in fact has no bearing over whether it is a personal computer or not. As long as the computer has an operating system it is a pc. So in a Pc vs Mac add it makes no sense that they depict pc as a windows computer. However this may be the gross mass of personal computers it is by no means the correct terminology and really angers me. If you say I have a pc people instantly assoicate you with windows computers.

I have been working on my websites for a while now and I am trying to find a way of implementing something like chris has here somewhat modified for my own site. It won't be as much a community of geeks as a place for linux newbies to hang out and learn about linux. Anyway its really killing me I need to find out what Chris used to make this site :P
