Yes, MAC's and PC's use the same basic hardware, the only difference is the operating system ((PC IS BETTER!!!!!!))

I didn't mention here that to install the OS on generic hardware without pirating it, you must Bypass certain technologies that are put in place to prevent you from doing so. To bypass, eliminate, inhibit, descramble, compromise, or circumvent EULA…
you should look only for ideneb, or ipc,the rest is garbage and make you sure that motherboard and video card are fully compatible, or its not worth trying...
and its possible to run mac osx perfect on a pc, depends on components...

Even downloading modified copies is legal in most European countries.
(In Europe, we have a sort of a different definition of Piracy)
So, installing even a modified copy of OS X on a PC is probably fine, depending on WHERE you live.
