If you were intentionally born in the place you were, then that's your nationality, but if your parents were on vacation or whatever, then no.
I'm trying to figure it out for myself. All my family is Mexican so I'm really tight with my roots, but...
Baseballboy. I agree with you. Your nationality is determined by who you are not where you were born. A person may be an American citizen but their nationality is determine by their ancestry.
