What kind of geek are you?

Know this first about me. I love to laugh and have fun. There will be times when I will answer a forum thread by being funny or silly. Fun takes the edge off.Information geek, writing, reading stuff. Plus, I am one of the most outgoing people you will ever meet. Give me a shout. I love to make new friends from all over the world.

Why do you consider yourself a geek?

The internet is the gateway to info HEAVEN. I am an information Geek. It is a PASSION. If it can be learned, I want to know about it.

What are your "geeky equipment" specs?

A screw driver, my mind. sticky notes, WD40, pen, computer. Lined paper, grocery receipts, anything to write on....:)

Oh, you meant my stuffies....old computer that is humming because I take good care of it. I also have an old phone...does that count?

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I am grown but no one told me it would be so much fun when I was younger.

What makes you laugh?

Any kind of humor...I love laughing out loud real hard.

What is the thing in life you treasure most?

Life itself..oop, my family and friends. Without them, I would be nothing.

What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?

Repaired my computer installing new hardware..written a novel, write short stories and poems.

I change to the oil in my car all the time. Last year, I replace the plug wires. Not hard to do on a 4 cylinder. If something goes out around my home, I am the first to try to repair it. Heck, if I get it wrong, I can always call HELP..someone will hear me.

What do you do to entertain yourself?

write, computer work and research, do genealogy, play the piano, laugh out loud to my friends posts....

Books by Lee Smith, historical fiction, fix it books, art books, museums, theater, hanging out...no favorite movies or shows... I don't have time for it. I take that back. I do try to catch those four Geeky Guys on Monday night. Sheldon and Leonard crack me up.
