well, an option is also, if you have a windows copy around, to get the totally free VirtualBox by Sun, and just run the exe on a windows machine in virtualization, not unlike the crossover option suggested earlier.

Bare in mind that these problems have not yet been addressed and that i personally do not own this product. But it doesn't seem to be off to a good start.
I have mine rotate every five minutes. I have tons of high resolution wallpapers that i get from deviant art and customize.org. My folder is bulging! (roughly 1GB) I do this on both my W7 laptop and my Ubuntu 9.04 desktop with desktop drapes.
Just you. The benchmarks tell us otherwise. But its okay, consider this psychosomatic euphoria a blessing. You're not cursing Microsoft for swindling you, right? It's all this new eye candy that distracts us from realizing its not really any faster…

- I love Linux, music, movies, and neat little gadgets like the USB rocket launcher from ThinkGeek.

- HP Pavilion 2 gig ram 140gig hard drive 2.2ghtz AMD Turion64X2 Nvidia graphics. I run Ubuntu 9.10 and Windows 7 on this machine (both 32 bit).
- What makes you laugh?
- I think that standards are lowering these days. Simply knowing the difference between the OS X, Windows, BSD, and Linux operating systems could qualify a person.
- What is the thing in life you treasure most?
- People who think they're smart, but totally contradict that by doing the most inane things.
- What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?
- My family.
- What do you do to entertain yourself?
- Once, I drug my desktop, and all of the peripherals (my speakers, USB devices, keyboard, mouse, external drives, and monitor) to a family members house for the weekend because my laptop was broken.

- Install different Os's in VirtualBox.
