What kind of geek are you?: gaming, computer, art, tech, gadget, design

Why do you consider yourself a geek?: I am always on the computer and i like knowing what's new and hi-tech. and i get excited when something new comes out... like computers, mp3 players, cameras... anything tech related. I like taking gadgets apart to see what it looks like inside. I'd rathing talk about computers and tech toys than typical girl stuff

How did you find out about our Geek community?: probably one of Chris's videos on YouTube.

What are your "geeky equipment" specs?: Laptop 1- Apple Macbook. OS X.7 2GB RAM, 160 GB hard drive with 160 external space, 2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo.

Laptop 2- HP Compaq Presario. shitty specs but it has Ubuntu/Linux on it so it's all good.

What do you want to be when you grow up?: graphic designer or web designer

What makes you laugh?: lolcats

What is the thing in life you treasure most?: my cat, my laptops, my music, the internet and many other things

What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?: I was in school talking my exams for the quarter. We were in the library, taking the gym exam (yeah.. GYM exam). The one day I forgot to put my cell phone on silent, I kept getting text messages, and everybody heard it go off. The only reason I didn't get in trouble was because I put the Microsoft Windows sounds as my text message alerts, and people thought it came from the computers.

Also getting into pointless 10 minute arguments with my brother about how to strum the guitar in Rock Band.

What do you do to entertain yourself?: play games, watch youtube or TV, take pictures of my cat, internet,

Favorite music, movies, books, shows, artists, games, people, events, hobbies, etc.?: Music-Any types of: trance, EBM, EDM, synth pop, eurodance, and aggrotech.
TV- House, South Park, basically anything on G4, and degrassi

My ultimate dream job would be to work for Disney Pixar with graphic design. but that's way out of my league. I would like to learn web design as a side, but for now graphic design is my main interest.

getting my kidney stone removed.

So after numerous visits to the doctor, radiologist, urologist, and getting a ton of x-rays, ultrasounds, and CAT scans, I finally have my kidney stones out of the way.

I woke up early in the morning of July 13, 2009 to get a pregnancy test done. Even if you are 100% sure you aren't pregnant you have to have it done by law. high school graduation

I can't believe that today was my last full day of high school. I will never miss any of my friends. and by that I mean Tessa and Ashley. Fuck the guys there. Turns out none of them were worth it.
I guess my main fear is I will be forgotten. I want to make a lasting impact on at least one person. I didn't want my entire high school years to be wasted. My feelings toward my cat and declawing.

Not that schools getting exercise equipment isn't important, but IT'S ON THE FRONT PAGE. Is it really that tough to know that Nintendo makes the Wii and Sony makes PlayStation? I think not!

My passion

I know for sure that I want to go for graphic design. Every time I hear somebody talking about graphic design, I just want to do it more. I want to be that person that made the design on the book or CD cover. I want to look at something that people see all the time and say "I made that."
