I haven't blogged in a week or so, I have been REALLY busy in my YouTube videos, you can find them here:

Anyway, my nephew's first birthday is tomorrow. His name is Cody, an awesome name. Today I went to the dentist to do just a regular check up and a cleaning, the dentist flossed my teeth so hard that my gums were about ready to explode. I'm good, no cavities so that's a relief. That means no more drilling, I used to have cavities.

Hey guys, I love making screen-cast videos for YouTube - but I haven't made one in about a month. Why? Because I have been using Windows 7 and was unable to disable hardware acceleration in order to reduce the amount of lag in my videos. I switche...
Here's a tip to lose weight;
Drink skim milk instead of full cream every day - this will reduce your annual calorie intake by more than 20,000 calories which is roughly equivalent to more than 6 pounds of fat.
Also eating more smaller meals a day...
