A bit about me
I'm an Australian in France, trying to travel and make sense of it all.
I've got way too many hobbies, but mainly I spend a lot of time listening to music, reading, going to live performances and festivals, cycling and watching movies.
I'm a pretty easygoing person who likes just about everything and then can't fit it all in.
I've got a personal blog, but there's also Alcorn.id.au, Twitter, Facebook, Livejournal, Myspace, 12 Seconds and Seesmic. Well, they're just the regular haunts.

Profile Information
- What kind of geek are you?
- Theoretical / Markup / Internet geek mainly. Well, that's (sort of) what I get paid for. Then there's that background in unix, programming, theoretical physics and sci-fi movies.
- Why do you consider yourself a geek?
- Geeks don't look at me strangely when I talk. I'm the sort of person who tinkers with stuff, trying out new apps, social networks & scripting a bit in order to automate and fine-tune *everything*. I spend many many hours trying to work out the best way to make something work better.. and I love it. I'm always excited when someone brings out a new app/site/gadget that solves a problem that I haven't already tried to solve. :)
- How did you find out about our Geek community?
- Net-stalked a geek friend..
- What are your "geeky equipment" specs?
- As little as possible. I live in the cloud precisely so I can use anything net-connected (or sms) and have pretty much the same experience anywhere.
But, since you ask, my Macbook is sort of attached to me and I'm dying to get an iPhone. :)
- What do you want to be when you grow up?
- Who wants to grow up?
- What makes you laugh?
- Many, many things.
- What is the thing in life you treasure most?
- My husband :D
- What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?
- I'll get back to you on that one when I've run out of projects.
- What do you do to entertain yourself?
- I read, watch movies, listen to music, go to live perfornamces, ride my bike, walk, travel and hang out on teh intarwebs.
