Lo-fi lullabies (Aka: Here are some of my songs to download.

So, I was sitting around trying to come up with something to do this morning and apparently that means assault all of you guys' ears with my horrible yowling. You know. Yowling. Like cats do. Yoooooowl.

What kind of geek are you?: Gamer, bookworm, general internet geek, science enthusiast, closet table-top RPer

Why do you consider yourself a geek?: I LOVE video games, as well as DIY geeky things (vibro bots, at-home science experiments, etc etc) and I enjoy etymology more than I care to admit.

How did you find out about our Geek community?: I'm not sure. I think I just stumbled upon it a while back. Probably through a search engine or something. Woo, go Google.

What are your "geeky equipment" specs?: Currently running a Toshiba laptop with vista. Nothing super amazing, but it gets the job done.

What do you want to be when you grow up?: A home maker, actually. But one who would spend her free time playing video games and accumulating gadgets from around the internet.

What makes you laugh?: Mel Brooks, Monty Python, explosions in the name of science, geeking it out with friends (both online and offline)

What is the thing in life you treasure most?: Friendship and Family. I know, its lame, but my family and friends have made me who I am. And I like me!

What's the geekiest thing you've ever done?: Geekiest thing I'd ever done? Honestly? I'm pretty sure my daily existence is geeky enough to answer this question.

What do you do to entertain yourself?: DIY crafts, World of Warcraft, Video Games, and browsing Wikipedia all spring to mind. I also enjoy reading (sci-fi, fantasy, and mystery novels top the list), and spending times with my friends. Oh, and playing CS and UT is a great way to burn off stress.

Favorite music, movies, books, shows, artists, games, people, events, hobbies, etc.?: Music: Jonathan Coulton, MC Frontalot, Placebo, Pixies, Death Cab, Postal Service, Enon, Superchunk, 90s rock, Surf Rock, Alt Rock
Movies: Not going to lie here, I don't really have the attention span to watch movies. Boondock Saints is my favorite movie, though.
Books: The Stephanie Plum novels, Harry Potter series, and "The Cat Who" series are long-time favorites. I also enjoy "Grendel" by John Gardner.
Shows: House, NCIS, Big Bang Theory, and How I Met Your Mother are my favorite fictional stories. I also enjoy Mythbusters, Planet Earth, and a good ol' Nature Documentary from time to time.
Games: Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 1&2, Portal, World of Warcraft, Kingdom Hearts 2, Commander Keen, Super Mario Bros (1 & 3), Super Mario World, Super Mario World 64, Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Kart wii, Metal Gear Solid 3, Rockband (only with friends, though.), Hugo's House of Horrors, Hugo's Amazon Adventure, D&D (4th edition), Nightshade... The list could go on for years.
Hobbies: Well, gaming of course. Also, I enjoy DIY fashion/sewing/knitting, DIY science experiments, vibrobots, cooking, painting, drawing, and hanging with friends.
