When u first boot the PC lets say either cold boot or restart. U know when ur gettn that menu that shows the ram, Ide's, CPu speed? it look like a dos window at the bottom u will see something like F2 menu or Delete for setup. SOmething like that. That will tell u which key/s your press to enter the bios. Lets say mine is delete, right? so the minute i turn on my pc that i see the info i start hitting the delete key. hit, hit, hit, hit, since u have to get it at the very nano second I normally just hit, hit, hit and then ur in the bios. u would do that with whatever key allows u to enter YOUR bios. All board are different. Some it's F2 some Delete... first find out what yours is and then do what i said.

When u get to the bios u will go to probably the last tab and say restore defaults i think there 2 restore to default options do both and save and exit. then go and check your setting in windows.
U can erase this once you've done the work. It might take up your whole page. lol. hope it works. tellme what happens ok.
