Gaming PC or iMac?
Hey there , I'm 14 years old and as Christmas is coming up i have saved up around £500 ($747.65) for a gaming computer , my birthday is in May 2009 i was wondering weather it would be best to wait until my birthday to decide, that leads me on, i do play games on my pc but only really CS:S And WoW at the moment so i was wondering if i made the switch to mac would it make a difference to me , as i see the macs specifications aren't as good as most gaming pc's but costs double the price. LCD Screen help
hello fellow geeks , i was screwing around on WoW when i found out i had a smudge on my screen , but this wasn't just a normal fingermarks , it was as if it had be "over polished" as i felt the texture of the screen the damaged bit felt much different to the screen, what i was wondering was is there any time of wipes or liquid or cream or whatever that could repair this as i am sure i have read about that somewhere before.

Best Buy is ok, but it's annoying how everyone there asks if you are finding everything alright or need any help every 10 minutes. I like their stuff but their tech support people (Geek Squad) sucks and gives you terrible deals.
Although I don't know very much about American stores, I do know that Best Buy have quite good prices.

ive tried replacing the cmos battery and removing all the devices, what next?
Disconnect all internal devices, CD-ROMS, DVD, and peripherals. Only MoBo and Hard drive left.
Try different KB and mouse.
ok lets see if i can help. the procedure to fowell is this
1. disconect everything not vital t the system posting and gettint in the bios
aka unplug hdd all addin cards and cdroms and dubal check ur mondar cable
2. power it on again if still no dic…
