Is this the beta or the RC? I had exactly the same issue in Beta, absolutely zero issues with the network adapter in RC. - Adam

Try forcing the driver to be updated from Windows Update. Right Click > Update Driver Software > Search Automatically. - Adam

Is the driver installed the one that Windows 7 installed, or one you did yourself? If the latter, try forcing the driver to be updated via Windows Update in the device manager. Also, what is the webcam name listed as in the device manager? - Adam
