Share 'Laptop charger help urgent.'

Hi i have an ibm thinkpad 600e which asks 15v and 2.6amp. I have a charger from a hp and gateway that put out 19v and 3.16v is it safe to use these with my thinkpad because my moneys tight at the moment. Or is thier somewhere that isnt ebay were i can get a cheap charger as its important. (btw i also have a toshiba charger thats 15v and 2amp but its not enough amps so is this safer then the gatew…
