Share 'Who stole my "M" key?'

Just took a delivery of 5 new Dell Laptops the other week, and I was on holiday. I have been sitting here setting them all up for my client, when I open the 4th box and find that the letter "M" is missing from the laptop keyboard! Not only that, there is no sign of it in the secure box, nor inside any packaging, it's been nicked! I mean to say... if it was inside the box I'd think, rough handlin…
