Share 'Vista Administrator Troubles'

Ok guys I'm in desperate need of assistance. I have Windows Vista Home Premium, and I have been very happy with it. Everything seemed to be working fine and then about a month ago I purchased Cakewalk Music Creator 4. I registered the software, received my e-mail with my registration code, and went in to enter it.
