I've never written anything at Wiki that wasn't immediately written over by someone else, so I quit that. I'm no expert on anything so it doesn't matter. I use it for research. Think it's brilliant.

If what you said was immediately removed, it's likely that you didn't cite a source. Don't give up!

You don't need to be an expert on something to write for Wikipedia, that's what's so brilliant about it! I have made a number of edits to pages like Microsoft, and various other pages to do with tech. As well as a lot of music related articles.
I have even written the Wikipedia article on my school -BIS Vietnam - which didn't exist before. And I'm certainly no expert on the inner workings of my school, I got most of the information from the school website.

Primarily, I use Wikipedia for research and to find interesting facts.

I have once written a whole article about Team Galaxy, an animationseries for kids. Unfortunately, I'm Dutch - that means that the whole article is Dutch.

The WHOLE article is intact as I wrote it a few years ago, however, the sections "Afleveringen" (Episodes) and "Externe links" (External links) have been modified.

What do you mean 'Unfortunately, I'm Dutch'. There's nothing wrong with being Dutch. In at least one way, it's certainly a lot better - like most places that don't speak English natively, there are a lot of people who do speak English. There are more people as a percentage who speak English as a second language then there are English native speakers who speak a different second language. :D

I don't mean it as Dutch people being bad or wrong :P

I only meant that it'll be sort of hard for English people to understand the text. That's all :D

Thanks for your comment though. I like having conversations like this :P

I was once a very active member at the Dutch Wikipedia, but I'm not anymore. Today, I use Wikipedia mainly as a source of information.

OK cool. May I ask what caused you to stop being an active editor?

I was kinda busy with school and didn't have a lot of time to edit. Then I got my XBOX 360 and since then I have not edited Wikipedia as an active editor. I guess I have other things to do now.

I just read. I don't do any editing or anything. That's not my thing. In fact, I dont' really find that many mistakes in what I read, which is a lot. I read abuot everything too. About bands, books, people, events, etc. Whatever I can get my hands on. And whenever I get bored, I just click on the random article button, and see what pops up...good times...

Yeh, I love the random article button, it can be a lot of fun. :D

What do I do in Wikipedia? I edit mistakes where I see them, add facts that might be lesser known to the casual reader, and sometimes I just keep clicking until I hear birds chirping and realize the sun is coming up.
