Are you sure that you have uploaded all your files, including plugins etc. And the only other thing I can think of, is are you sure your running php 5.

These error messages are odd and I have never seen them before

I notice that the folder your theme is installed in is WicketPixie. Note the caps. Try renaming that to lowercase wicketpixie. Linux is case-sensitive, so that might be your problem.

Also, make sure there are full read permissions on the theme's folders and files.
