I guess I'll go first.

TheCorportePlaybook.com
I've made and worked on a lot of websites over the last 9 years but this is my current project. The foundation of this site is done in php and the data is managed with MySQL. I made all the flash elements, most of the graphics and about 15% of the php.

CoboCenter.com
This is a website I did for Cobo Hall in downtown Detroit a few years ago. The site itself is 'ok' but not my best work. I'm most proud of the flash interactive floor plan.

MichaelAgnelloJewelers.com
Here's another site I made a couple years ago. Not very exciting but the look came out pretty well.

Here's a smidge of what I've done and/ or been involved in the making of:

The Block FM
Los Angeles based radio, currently a work in progress. Working on converting all code to XHTML 1.0 Strict/ CSS and adding integration with the Drupal CMS, as well as adding some dynamic/ database-driven features. SEO is also currently in planning for this project.

Ruth Rakestraw
Author of the book "Bitter Hill". Done through a company I used to do freelance work for. I did the graphic design and did this one in XHTML Strict/ CSS/ Semantic code.

Creative Memories Fundraising
A fund raising portrait studio, I also did this one for the company I used to work for. I did Graphic Design and code.

Richard Vass
Did this one for a building company, through a company I used to work for. I did Graphic design and code.

Royaltea Express
Again through the company I worked for. I did Graphic design, code, and ecom integration.

Brian Campbell, Director
For a director, through a company I am currently involved with. I did the XHTML Strict/ CSS/ Semantic code as well as integration with the Drupal CMS.

Chance2Romance.net
The first dating site I ever did, completed this one through a company I used to work with. I did the graphic design and integration.

M7 Technologies
I did this one for a company I was involved with in the past. XHTML Strict/ CSS/ Semantics, front-end coding.

The MediSimple Shoppe
Done through a company I worked with in the past, I did the graphic design, coding, and ecommerce integration. This was one of my first ecommerce projects.

Koeppen Kreations
The first ecommerce site I ever did. I posted this for historical purposes (lol). I did the graphic design, code, and ecommerce integration.

That's a few that came to mind off the top of my head.

Madisonhairdesigners.com
Some what basic page made for a Salon that my girlfriend used to work for. This is there first site, as it was my first site for a business. The site is done in php with basic includes for (About, Designers, Services, and Contact), where as the Specials page pulls entries from MySQL determined by starting and expiration date.
Database also has front-end for simple management by the staff.

My "official site" is DebSpace.com I've not kicked it in gear in a while, but intent on doing so again soon. It's difficult with a three year old at home! But, have a look, feel free to comment. I don't mind even if its critical :)

I coded this the other day... its a website (obviously) but it has a lot of PHP involved in the background. Its more of a web application. I call it myVoice. It allows users to record messages over the phone and place them on their web pages.

Website I made for a local band (not much to look at but totally automated). CowboyUPband.com. It updates entirely from their MySpace.

Another, website I made for my mom's band. HighHeelTheBand.com

This is the website for my hosting company LimeWorld. {If any of you guys need hosting, let me know and I'll hook ya' up with more space + bandwidth + cron jobs!!}

I think thats it. I'm not a very good website designer, but thats probably because all of the above were creted in Notepad, Paint, and Gimp.

What do you guys think?

myVoice looks pretty cool. I can't really try it as I'm in the UK though.

Nice name, by the way ;-)
