-Can build your own system to fit your needs
-Windows is compatible with 99% of the worlds software
-Windows is compatible with 99% of the worlds hardware
-Stability. Windows has been rock-solid since Win2000. (PS you can't sell me on the lie that Mac's are 100% reliable, I have a friend that installs all sorts of crap on his Mac which in turns causes it to crap out on him, any bad user can bring down any OS)
The last two points of your PC cons are completely inacurate.
64-bit systems can run nearly all pieces of software. I was running WIndowsXP 64 for two years before I switched to Vista64. So that means I've been running a 64bit Windows OS for nearly 4 years now and have never encountered an application I couldn't run.
Pirated copies of Windows and rootkits have nothing to do with each other... what are you talking about?
Your point about needing to run anti virus/malware applications is true to an extent. Mac and Linux users are lucky to be under 10% of the PC market, it gives virus makers little incentive to target their platform... however don't mistake security through obscurity to mean you'll be protected forever. In fact in the last hacking competition the Mac was the first to fall victim to a hacker. It took him two minutes.
your pro's and con's arn't entirly true.
*Apple's OS is far superior to Windows, anyone arguing otherwise hasn't used it.
-False, Far superior, is a very brode over statement. Mac OSX is a great OS, but far superior, i don't think so, i have used both, and I must say, this is a false statement.
* No cheap/discount hardware vendors, Apple doesn't cut corners.
-False, Apple cuts just about as many courners as PC's, there are just TON more choices for PC users.
*Cheap hardware (although not always a pro if cheap hardware has failure)
- you must not be a gamer, trust me i can spead just as much on a PC as i can a Mac.
*64bit support is abysmal with Windows
-False, Vista has a much turer 64-bit OS.
*Legal cost of Windows OS takes up big part of budget and if you are running a pirated copy you can expect issues such as rootkits
-false,$100 isn't that expensive, and pireted software dosn't have that many problems *not that i would know* ssshhhhh
its the biggest war
ok for mac fans can u get this from apple?

Its always I have a friend. Sure you do. :)
... Pirated copies of Windows and rootkits have nothing to do with each other... what are you talking about?
I'm guessing you have no idea what a rootkit is outside of the Sony DRM stuff. Read up... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rootkit
Yes the Pirate Bay or Demonoid comes at a price, one that you may not realize until way down the road, virus protection will be of no help as the rootkit is installed at OS installation. :)
... Your point about needing to run anti virus/malware applications is true to an extent. . Mac and Linux users are lucky to be under 10% of the PC market, it gives virus makers little incentive to target their platform.
ROFL, cause Apache surely illustrates this market share argument. ;-)
... 64-bit systems can run nearly all pieces of software.
WOW64 is not perfect. I don't doubt you may have had good experience with it, but whats the point of 64bit when you aren't running 64bit native apps? Not to mention hardware issues/drivers. A lot of 32bit app makers don't even do quality assurance against WOW64 as well. Can you give me 10 mainstream apps that you use that you run in 64bit native that you benefit from?
