Linux/Ubunto newbie
I have just recently installed Ubuntu on my desktop alongside Windows XP, but when i try to start it it just freezes on the startup bar and does nothing, what can I do to correct this, do i have to reinstall Ubuntu? Please help.

A bit of poor timing, but Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala) is released today. You're really better off installing it fresh, and it may fix the issue you're having.
