A good way to go green are led lightbulbs. They contain no gases like floresent bulbs and are more efficient and brighter than regulare bulbs. The outcome is a cool blue effect or white efect. They are sold at hardware stores but they have to have an ac to dc converter. They are known to last a lifetime (100+ years)!

Going green is a very good resone to recycle, 1 people can buy/ sell more products, 2 you will never run out of materials, 3 it's cheaper. I also have something green going on, I just bought 4 led, solar charged flashlights and I have come up with energy designes for veicles, boats, exe. If you go to my page I have a progect posted and pictures, (they were made on paint so don't expect me to be the world's greatest artest lol.)

my main tip for conserving energy with your computer is change your desktop to black. no light is shining through, so it uses less energy. another one i have is to turn off your monitor if you are going to leave for a few minutes (ex/ going to the bathroom)
