My favorite depends on the last one I saw. Like I don't dislike A New Hope at all, but it's last because I watched it two nights ago.

Empire Strikes back is not only my favourite Star Wars movie, it IS my favourite movie.

Return of the Jedi was always my favorite, but watching ESB with RotJ together is really the best.
