This is a how to get the move draco meteor, its a good move for dragons. First, make sure you have two pokemon, one that can use rock climb and one that has defog. Then go to celestic town, then go to left to route 210, use defog, get past the first bridge, go up the stairs,get past the second bridge, go to the bridge to the right, and then use rock climb twice. After that you will have to battle a dragon tamer, after you win, go into the house, talk to the old woman, and she will teach draco meteor to any dragon pokemon you have. I hope this is useful.
