Permalink Reply by Mad Max on October 7, 2008 at 3:11pm: I use CS3 Extended, although apart from the smart objects I can't say I've ever really used the Extended features haha. I love how much more efficient it is compared to older versions, along with the interface being more streamlined and easier to customise and organise.

CS4 will add even more optimisation with the hardware accelerated rendering and the direct 3D painting looks absolutely awesome, as does the non destructive intelligent resizing! I've been wanting something like that for ages! It's a pain in the butt manually cutting things down to size and stiching them back together, such a time sink if it's a complex scene.; ▶ Reply to This
